法国法院维持对BTC-e运营商Alexander Vinnik入狱五年的一审判决
火星财经消息，据News.Bitcoin报道，法国法院确认了BTC-e运营商Alexander Vinnik的一审判决，目前其律师Frédéric Bélot正努力反对将其引渡到美国，在那里他也被指控洗钱。美国检察官指控他通过BTC-e洗钱高达90亿美元。Vinnik的辩护团队现在计划在五天内根据法国法律的要求提出翻案上诉。Bélot确信，检察官无法辩称Alexander因可疑交易获得报酬。此前消息，在2020年末，Alexander Vinnik因洗钱罪被判入狱五年。
