该轮融资于本周五宣布，包括Ecliptic Capital、Starting Line、Stronghold Resource Partners、TVP Bitcoin Venture Fund、Ten31和Platform Ventures均参与到了这轮融资中。

根据一份新闻声明，NYDIG是Unchained Capital的现有投资者，作为交易的一部分，它“已做出了1亿美元的增量贷款承诺，并将继续成为Unchained的主要融资伙伴，以支持其领先的比特币支持的多重签名贷款平台。”

NYDIG的联合创始人兼首席执行官Robert Gutmann表示：

我们很高兴能深化并扩大与Unchained Capital团队的合作关系，继续我们建立未来比特币基础设施的共同旅程。

自2021年初以来，NYDIG已经筹集了数亿美元，并在5月与FIS达成协议，使银行能够为其客户提供比特币服务。上个月，NYDIG聘请了一位前Bridgewater高管担任其首席财务官。
