据欧科链讯 5 月 12 日消息，杭州市西湖区人民法院今日依法对赵东、赵鹏案件进行审理。其中赵东、赵鹏当庭被认定为帮信罪。赵东于 2020 年 6 月 24 日刑拘、7 月 18 日批捕。赵东、赵鹏涉及一家名为天天向上「跑分」平台的非法虚拟资产处置。赵东、赵鹏（方面）将这一非法网络支付平台涉案的数字资产兑换为法币。赵东获得 OTC 业务相关利益分红 70%。
据移动支付网此前报道，「天天向上」平台是以周某为首的洗钱犯罪团伙，平台涉及非法结算，背后是大量的境外赌博网站，涉案金额达 31 亿元。
