报告称华为能监听 KPN 的电话网络

根据 2010 年的一份报告，荷兰移动电信公司 KPN 将核心网络的维护外包给华为公司之后，这家中国公司获得了对其移动网络的完整访问权限，这允许它监听包括时任总理 Jan Peter Balkenende 在内的高级官员的电话，但没有证据表明华为滥用了这一访问权限。KPN 表示它已经决定不再外包核心网络的维护。
