这个系列主要记录学习《microRNA 鉴定与功能分析技术》一书。
第一章是对 microRNA 的概述，包括了其发现历程、起源于加工、调控机理等方面。
微 RNA（英语：microRNA，缩写为 miRNA；又译小分子 RNA）是真核生物中广泛存在的一种长约 21 到 23 个核苷酸的 RNA 分子，可调节其他基因的表达。miRNA 来自一些从 DNA 转录而来，但无法进一步转译成蛋白质的 RNA（属于非编码 RNA）。miRNA 通过与目标信使核糖核酸(mRNA)结合，进而抑制转录后的基因表达, 在调控基因表达、细胞周期、生物体发育时序等方面起重要作用。在动物中，一个微 RNA 通常可以调控数十个基因.(via 维基百科)
非编码 RNA（英语：non-coding RNA），缩写 ncRNA，是指各种不翻译成蛋白质的 RNA 分子。
