在周四举行的线上新闻发布会上，俄罗斯央行的领导人提供了有关计划发行央行数字货币（CBDC）的关键细节。俄罗斯央行第一副行长Olga Skorobogatova及副行长Alexei Zabotkin透露了根据目前时间表，如何能够在2023年全面推出数字卢布。
