4月9日消息，据外媒报道，滴滴出行计划本月秘密提交上市文件，高盛、摩根士丹利负责其赴美IPO。
对此，滴滴方面暂未置评。
报道称，滴滴出行正寻求最早7月上市。此前，有消息称，滴滴希望通过IPO实现至少1000亿美元的估值。
上月，有报道称，如果美国上市成功，滴滴还将考虑在香港二次上市。
