近日，字节跳动将完成对容器初创企业才云科技( Caicloud )的全资收购，收购完成后，才云科技的团队及业务，将加入字节跳动火山引擎。原才云科技CEO张鑫将作为字节跳动火山引擎云原生业务负责人。
才云科技成立于2015年，最开始是一家基于Kubernetes 的PaaS平台服务提供商，目前主要产品有容器云平台，人工智能云平台，2019年12月份完成了B+轮融资。商业模式主要为企业客户提供私有云和混合云方案。
2020年，注定不平凡啊！
