I'll start with a couple from a misty run yesterday morning.
About to start/Cobb energy performing arts center/Atlanta Ballet
Heading down below the city.
Cobb Pkw/US 41 Love the smell of new 10' wide walks with LED lighting in the morning (dedication 4/7)
Bones: First 4 lane bridge (behind me/replaced) in GA built to connect ATL to the Lockheed Martin factory in WW2. All C130s, F22s and C5s built there.
Pink sidewalk makes for hotter faster feet.
Suntrust Park/Braves I285 pedestrian bridge under construction in background.
Infamous Ross Harris 'hot car' toddler murder site.

WOW that is an awfully narrow and rural road to have a marathon on??? Where is Biltmore (NC???), what is the population and how many participants? The cold, snowy, and muddy Biltmore marathon course on March 12. Picture was shot with my wife's iPhone 6s+. I used the irunsmooth app on my Apple Watch (with heart rate sensor turned off) to record and upload the three and a half hour race to Strava.
Chattahoochee River (looking downriver) about 1 mile upriver from where Sherman’s forces first crossed.

I think they call it the Asheville Marathon but I just call it the Biltmore Marathon since the course is 100% on the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. The first 8 miles are on paved roads with the rest of the course dirt roads like this (which were quite a mess due to the rain/snow). It is a beautiful course when it's not 30 degrees and snowing. I think there were 300-400 marathoners and about twice that for the half (the half only has about 5 miles of the dirt roads).WOW that is an awfully narrow and rural road to have a marathon on??? Let's see some more. That is some 'cool beans' taking the same shot 4 times in a year. That's more my style - very nice - thanks for sharing
Vinings mountain (aka: Mount Wilkinson), about to run across.
Bonus: July 5, 1865 Gen. Sherman got his first look at Atlanta from there, the prize that would seal the union victory and save Lincoln's faltering reelection.
Pedestrian bridge crossing I285 on Mount Wilkinson Parkway.
The Home Depot campus
Spring Hill Parkway with Cumberland in the background.
Pedestrian bridge crossing RR track behind Cumberland Mall.
Bonus: RR track was used in the daring 'spy' Great Locomotive Chase (1862) which produced the first Congressional Medal of Horner recipients.

Bob Callan trail across Rottenwood creek.
Is Soap Creek in NC or where? We (in Atlanta) have a creek (and recreation area) named Sope Creek that is pronounced and often misspelled Soap Creek. On the trail near Soap Creek today. There is a deer in front of me just off the right side of the trail if you look closely. Three of them came across as I was coming down the trail.

The picture was taken at 1550 feet in the North East of Scotland. I've been up the big hill in the middle of the photograph a few timesWhat is the approximate elevation there and what part of Scotland is it?

However, I can at least share with you how I start my day after a workout. I don't have the spreadsheet Julien does, but my Protein intake is necessary for my building. And I consume a gallon of Milk in just under two days on a weekly basis. (Farmers love me.)

I'm not a big bar eater but I keep a few on hand (in the freezer) for when needed. You know Clift's has a newer Builder's bar with 20g of protein (sorry for poor pic but was taken foe someone else). Also I consume a minimum of 150g of protein a day and average.I don't have the beautiful scenery you all have for running. I live in a very Urban area where I run, although we do have some very nice trails/wooded area's in my State. (I envy Juliens and BenAigens scenery for running, absolutely stunning photo's by the Way.) I will photograph some trails paths that I have run before and share them with you all in the future.

I didn't know that about The Builder Bar. I will look for those next time. I like the chart you have. You reach your daily goal almost all the time.I'm not a big bar eater but I keep a few on hand (in the freezer) for when needed. New kicks for 6 (miles).
Crushed it (for me) especially on the first 4 miles. Knee is much better (at least for now).

'How do you find SunTrust Park?" "Follow the construction cones and barrels. If you see more you are closer, if you see less you are heading the wrong way."
Not sure about this one though.
Windy Hill/I75 diverging diamond interchange under construction. “keep left” Is this England???
How about an Almond, Walnut & Cashew butter & jam comfort food sandwich for lunch?
I believe most people outside the US think this is weird (at least Peanut butter & jam).

Heading west on Interstate North Parkway/I285 on left. Going to build a 10’ walk on the other side between I285. Some of the fence is already removed so you can just walk out onto the I285.
All most complete 12' walks near Suntrust park. Braves parking attendants training below the sign.
Freshly opened pedestrian bridge leading to SunTrust Park/The Battery.
Spring Hill road (SunTrust Park/The Battery behind) almost complete with new 10’ walks on both sides.
Interstate North Parkway - Weather Channel (building) on left (no excuse to get my weather wrong, just look out the window). Adding 12’ wide walks on both sides, reducing from 4 to 2 traffic lanes and rerouting/expanding traffic to a road east (Interstate North Circle).
Interstate North (looking south/east side of I75 with SunTrust Park/The Battery to right). Was Georgia clay ‘mud’ just last week. Also a couple of Braves parking attendants training.
Pedestrian/Shuttle bus bridge across I285. Wanted to run across before opening but triple barricaded now and several crews working 24 on it. Due to be open by Friday. If so they need to move them to the I85 bridge disaster.
Pedestrian Bridge crossing I285 to Cumberland mall.
