谢谢邀请～我一般看年报上来就看最关键的几个数字：销售收入，净利润，利润率，应收，应付～
然后再去看销售收入构成（主营业务收入），毛利润，费用（会关注比较大的费用），然后就是应收账款～
再就是现金流这一块，这一块会看的比较仔细
看完当期之后，接下来是下载几个周期的进行比较～看公司营收，利润率，应收账款，现金流同比相比有没有大的异常～
反正会列出一堆信息，然后去找数字后面隐藏的情况和答案～
另外，推荐一本刘姝威老师的书，上市公司虚假财务报表识别的，很精彩，感兴趣的小伙伴可以认真阅读～
