离线方式在Ubuntu 18.04 上安装Docker
操作系统需求：Ubuntu 18.04
Docker deb 包下载地址：
https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/dists/bionic/pool/stable/amd64/
下载三个文件：
containerd.io_1.2.6-3_amd64.deb
docker-ce-cli_19.03.5~3-0~ubuntu-bionic_amd64.deb
docker-ce_19.03.5~3-0~ubuntu-bionic_amd64.deb
然后执行：sudo dpkg -i /deb/文件目录/*.deb 进行安装

1、查找ubuntu14.04对应docker版本。 网址：http://packages.ubuntu.com/ 找到对应版本：
trusty (14.04LTS)
2、根据版本，下载docker-engine。 网址：https://apt.dockerproject.org/repo/pool/main/d/docker-engine/ 找到最新版，并下载：
