高黎明，Edk2开源项目的Package维护者和Stable tag发布的维护者，2005年硕士毕业于西安交通大学，加入英特尔亚太研发有限公司，从事UEFI/Edk2的开发，现任百敖内核架构师。参与Edk2项目的设计、开发、推广和维护。了解UEFI/PI规范，擅长系统优化，熟悉编译流程，熟练掌握代码管理工具。目前专注于BIOS代码开发流程、代码仓库的设计和管理， 以及UEFI/Edk2的培训推广。
