药品集中采购实施后，医生和医药代表的回扣直接归零。经销商或寻求其它未集采品种，或因实力不济，干脆转行卖化妆品、保健品。集采趋于常态化，第三批已在全国落地实施，第四批也拉开序幕，涉及多家上市公司的重点品种。业内人士认为，我国药企未来的发展方向，一是成为研发型企业，不断有研发新产品问世；二是成为规模化生产企业，布局原料制剂一体化，这样参与集采就具备报价优势。
