当地时间12月16日，联合国粮农组织表示，尽管2020年采取了有力的沙漠蝗防治措施，但新一代蝗群正威胁着非洲之角和也门数百万人的农业和畜牧生计以及粮食安全。粮农组织指出，有利的天气条件和季节性普遍降雨致使蝗虫在埃塞俄比亚东部和索马里大量繁殖。新的蝗群已经形成，有可能再次入侵肯尼亚北部，红海两岸的蝗虫也在繁殖，对厄立特里亚、沙特阿拉伯、苏丹和也门构成新的威胁。Recommend
