Adata XPG Gammix S70 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe M.2 SSD 採用 Innogrit Rainier 控制器

第二波的 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe M.2 SSD 將隨著 Vermeer 處理器登場而推出，因為近期我們已經見到數家品牌推出讀取速度高達 7000MB/s 的產品，這包含韓國 Samsung、香港 Galaxy 以及美國的 Sabrent，其中 Galax 與 Sabrent 的 Phison 5018-E18 控制器，至於 Adata XPG Gammix S70 則是使用 Innogrit Rainier 控制器。

Innogrit Rainier 控制器採用的是 TSMC 12nm FinFET 製程。

Adata 官網上已經出現 XPG Gammix S70 相關資訊，提供 1TB 與 2TB 選項的 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe M.2 SSD 循序讀寫部分最高為 7400MB/s、6400MB/s，雖然在寫入方面低於 Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus 的 6850MB/s，但高於 Samsung SSD 980 Pro 的 5000MB/s。

至於 4K 隨機讀寫部分，官網上並沒有明確提到。

Adata XPG Gammix S70 PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe M.2 SSD 預計 10 月開始出貨，其 M.T.B.F 為 200 萬小時。
