下载“金山毒霸”后，华东政法大学本科生李同学发现，自己的电脑中被捆绑安装了猎豹护眼大师与软件管家两款软件。为此，其与“金山毒霸”运营公司对簿公堂。9月22日，澎湃新闻记者从该案民事判决书中获悉，2020年5月22日，上海市长宁区人民法院对这起网络侵权责任纠纷案作出一审判决：被告北京猎豹移动科技有限公司（以下简称“猎豹公司”）应赔付原告李同学500元；驳回原告的其余诉讼请求。
