新浪科技杨雪梅7月27日晚，搜狗表示收到来自腾讯的有意收购公司的初步非约束性要约。交易一旦完成，搜狗将成为腾讯的全资子公司，搜狗也将从纽约证券交易所退市。搜狗CEO王小川随后在朋友圈表示，感谢腾讯对搜狗价值以及技术能力、产品创新能力的认可。
