昆仑万维宣布出售同性恋网站Grindr 四年获利32亿

昆仑万维（股票代码300418.SZ）今日披露公告称，拟将昆仑集团所持有的Grindr 98.59%的股权，以约42.15亿元（6.085亿美元）的对价，转让给美国公司San Vicente Acquisition LLC（下称San Vicente）。
根据公告，昆仑万维本次交易预计产生投资收益约31.64亿元，可产生可观的现金回流，有利于充实公司现金储备。
昆仑万维首次投资Grindr是2016年1月8日。当时，昆仑万维以全资子公司昆仑集团为投资主体，购买Grindr股东Grindr Holding Company所持有的股份，投资金额为9300万美元。
2016年的这笔收购完成后，昆仑集团持有Grindr的股权比例达到61.53%。2016年4月，昆仑万维将Grindr纳入公司财务报表合并范围。
2017年5月22日，昆仑万维再次决定以昆仑集团为主体，出资1.52亿美元收继续购Grindr Holding Company所持有的38.47%的Grindr股权。收购完成后，昆仑集团持有Grindr全部股权。
2020年3月6日,昆仑万维发布公告，公司与San Vicente签订股权转让协议，拟将昆仑集团所持有的Grindr Inc.（Grindr Inc.持有Grindr LLC 100%股权）98.59%的股权，以约42.15亿元对价转让给San Vicente。
昆仑万维表示，出售Grindr后的可观现金流，将为推动现有业务持续增长提供强大的资金支持，为股东创造更大的价值，符合公司长远发展规划，符合全体股东和公司利益。
