搜狗入股春雨医生 王小川任春雨医生董事

【TechWeb】3月6日消息，据企查查数据显示，3月5日，北京春雨天下软件有限公司新增企业股东——北京搜狗信息服务有限公司。搜狗CEO王小川出任春雨医生董事一职。
目前，春雨医生共有22家股东，搜狗为第七大股东，持股比例5.33%。同时，春雨医生注册资本由2573.607386万元变更为2749.357902万元，增幅为6.83%。
春雨医生创业于2011年，公开资料介绍，其致力于利用移动互联网的科技手段帮助人们掌握健康、延缓衰老、治疗病痛。
搜狗对医疗领域早有涉足，早前搜狗曾推出“搜狗明医”医疗垂直搜索频道，该频道聚合权威的知识、医疗、学术网站，为用户提供包括维基百科、知乎问答、国际前沿学术论文等在内的权威、真实内容。
