日前，中国汽车质量网站公布了最新汽车投诉排行。官方称，此次全年综合投诉数据是以国家市场监督管理总局、中国国家标准化管理委员会实施的《汽车产品安全风险评估与风险控制指南》、《家用汽车产品严重安全性能判断指南》为参考依据评选出来的，其中包括服务质量与产品质量进行评分，投诉指数分值越大，说明故障问题安全风险相对越高。
