天眼查数据显示，近日，ofo的运营主体东峡大通（北京）管理咨询有限公司新增被执行人信息3则，执行标的累计约为350.3万。
东峡大通（北京）管理咨询有限公司成立于2016年10月，注册资本为15亿美元，法定代表人为陈正江，经营范围包括自行车租赁服务、通讯技术开发、产品设计等。根据其股权结构，该公司由OFO（HK）Limited全资控股。
值得注意的是，该公司共计被执行人信息266条；失信被执行人信息45条，即俗称的“老赖”。同时创始人戴威及ofo公司收“限制消费令”多条。
