问与答 - @zw1one - 白天困，晚上精神，而且在床上就越躺越精神，得滚一个小时以上才能睡着。睡着了半夜会醒一两次，有时候会早醒。有在跑步和吃褪黑素，楼下小诊所说是神经衰弱，开了安神补脑液等药，但是好像也不顶用啊。我是
