长沙市雨花区英郡年华小区有业主反映，小区内张贴了一张公告，公告中称小区内的基站将会被拆除，届时整个小区居民上网和通讯将会陷入瘫痪。据报道，今年8月初小区14栋楼顶上突然多了16个白色箱体（实为基站），业主表示安装这些箱体并没有事先征得业主同意，辐射有多大也不清楚，家住楼顶的业主甚至反映身体出现了异常。
