【日本宠物需植入芯片，防止饲主遗弃虐待，违者最长监禁4年】日本众议院近日通过一项动物保护法修正案，规定宠物猫、狗需义务植入芯片，以防饲主遗弃、虐待。据悉，这种芯片直径约2毫米，长8-12毫米，由兽医植入宠物皮下，一扫便知主人姓名。若杀戮、伤害宠物，将被判处4年以下有期徒刑或人民币32万元以下罚款。
