2017年，曾经做过地下偶像的天海こころAV出道，走清纯学生妹路线，但销量非常一般。于是她索性砍掉重练，跑去韩国改头换面，改名深田えいみ后走痴女路线再次出道，一下成为2018年末的新人王。她自己说，做完手术逐渐消肿后看到此前无法想象的脸，像洋娃娃一样漂亮，自己喜欢拍照了，也更爱笑了。（手术花费约19万人民币。）
