饿了么口碑：今年计划招聘5000名员工、新增80万蜂鸟骑手

2月26日，阿里巴巴集团合伙人、阿里本地生活服务公司总裁兼饿了么CEO王磊今日表示，今年饿了么口碑计划将再招超过5000名新员工。
据饿了么口碑方面介绍，过去三个月，饿了么和口碑已新招超6000名员工，岗位涵盖商户服务、产品研发、配送管理等方面；其中，饿了么新招超2000名员工，口碑则净增了超过4000人城市业务团队，商家数字化终端铺设团队3个月人数增长了近10倍。
该公司还称，新招员工中，超过30%的员工在三、四线城市就业。
此外，根据阿里本地生活服务公司发布的《2018外卖骑手群体洞察报告》显示，77%的蜂鸟骑手来自农村，全职骑手收入普遍超全国城镇私营单位就业人员月均薪资。据悉，蜂鸟配送今年预估将迎来至少80万新注册骑手。
