职场话题 - @iamniconico - 先说下个人的看法：有些同学在大学的三四年时间内独研之后的水平已经超过一两年工作经验社招水平了，到公司做个实习和应届，做着一两年工作经验的工作，拿着三四千的薪资，这样岂不是很不公平。
