拿宣传片冒充电视剧集出售 苹果遭用户集体起诉

新浪科技讯 北京时间10月10日上午消息， 苹果 因为在通过iTunes Store出售电视剧的过程中计算集数不当，而在美国遭到集体诉讼。
此次诉讼提交给加州联邦法院，原告指控苹果将宣传片也计算成集数打包出售给用户。
在iTunes Store中，苹果允许用户通过Season Pass按照集数购买整季电视剧。而此次诉讼的目标就是Season Pass购买选项。
一名原告称，他通过Season Pass花费24.99美元购买了《Genius: Einstein》电视剧。他当时以为里面有13集内容，但实际上，其中却包含6段宣传片。
另外一名原告也表示，他花费19.99美元购买的《Killing Eve》电视剧有11集内容，但也有6段宣传片。
该诉讼指控苹果涉嫌虚假宣传、不正当竞争、欺诈三项罪名。所有通过Season Pass功能购买电视剧的用户均可参与集体诉讼。(鼎宏)
