特斯拉盘前大涨近15% 上一日股价下滑14%

腾讯科技讯 北京时间10月1日下午，特斯拉盘前股价大涨近15%。
昨日，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）与特斯拉CEO马斯克达成了和解。这位亿万富翁仍然掌舵特斯拉，但是会辞去董事长职务，并被处以2000万美元罚金。
8月初，马斯克在Twitter上宣称，他正考虑对特斯拉进行私有化，而且已准备好资金。SEC起诉马斯克，声称马斯克发布了“虚假的和误导性的”声明，而且未能向管制机构通报该公司发生的重大事情。
根据和解协议，马斯克将会支付罚金2000万美元，而且至少三年内不得担任董事长职务。此外，SEC还对特斯拉处以了2000万美元罚金。特斯拉有望任命两名新的独立董事。此次和解协议尚需要等待法院批准。
和解协议公布后，特斯拉的股价下跌了约14%，下跌到了264美元。
