北京时间8月26日消息，滴滴就乐清顺风车乘客遇害一事向公众公布以下内部自查进展。 自8月27日零时起，在全国范围内下线顺风车业务，同时免去黄洁莉的顺风车事业部总经理职务，免去黄金红的客服副总裁职务。对此黄金红发朋友圈回应称：这次事件客服有不可推卸责任，深表自责和愧疚，对于处分完全认可。
