8月16日晚间消息，关于医学泰斗被外卖员撞伤致死一事，饿了么今日在官方微博上回应称，公司负责人正与李老先生的子女联系，希望得到上门致歉慰问的允许；在判决结果宣布前，将持续跟进家属的相关需求。昨日，网友爆料称，上海急诊泰斗、瑞金医院与华山医院急诊科创始人之一李谋秋在今年2月24日被一饿了么送餐员撞倒在地，抢救了1个月之后，于3月26日不幸去世，享年75岁。
