蓝鲸TMT频道7月3日讯，华人文化集团公司（CMC Inc.，原名华人文化控股集团CMC Holdings）宣布完成近100亿人民币A轮融资，投后估值近400亿人民币。本轮融资由新股东万科集团与两家创始股东阿里巴巴集团、腾讯集团领投，招银国际资本及其他国际知名金融集团跟投。
华人文化集团公司成立于2015年底，由黎瑞刚创立并担任董事长及CEO。
华人文化集团在互联网媒体领域有诸多投资项目，除爱奇艺和B站之外，2016年，华人文化投资快手。2016年11月，华人文化投资了刚上线的梨视频。2017年1月，快看漫画成为华人文化押注的又一个青年内容平台。华人投资的更多的内容平台还包括芒果TV、最右等项目。
