美国参议院周一以85-10的投票结果通过法案
将恢复禁止向中兴通讯股份有限公司销售美国配件的禁令，罕见推翻了美国总统特朗普的决定。
不过，美国总统可以否决参院通过的这一法案，继续恢复对中兴的芯片供应。
但是，美国参院还可以再度投票否决总统的这一否决，但需要2/3的多数票。从今天的表决结果看，是完全可以达到这一要求的。
