Firebase Functions in Kotlin
Some time ago I got interested in blending together two trendy technologies — Firebase Functions and Kotlin. After some research and tinkering I posted a blog post here on Medium. Somehow the word got around and my post received quite a few claps in a short time.
This interest encouraged me to continue tinkering and eventually submit a talk to DevFest CZ 2017, to my surprise organisers not only accepted my talk, but asked to make it into a workshop. Conference was a blast and workshop went without major issues and now I am sharing workshop materials with the rest of the world. I hope You will find it interesting.
In case anyone out there is interested in creating open source Kotlin headers for Firebase APIs, feel free to use those few files from this workshop as a base. And please let me know about it, I might help with some contributions. I personally do not have a need for such a project at the moment and unfortunately I do have not enough free time to do it just for fun.
