11月7日消息，人人车公司日前以侵犯商标权和不正当竞争分别将OPPO、VIVO诉至法院，称OPPO、VIVO在其手机应用平台上擅自使用“人人车”商标和山寨“人人车”APP，要求判令OPPO和VIVO立即停止侵权、各自赔偿经济损失100万和其他合理费用5万余元。
