10月29号，徐女士一家准备飞往马来西亚，去机场的路上，发现护照忘在家里了。叫了一辆滴滴从杭州送到上海，结果接单是一辆电动车，跨省送护照损失1万5。徐女士一家三口当时要去上海浦东机场坐飞机。下午四点的航班，当天上午十点多，从杭州坐机场大巴去上海。半路上发现，一家人的护照全没带。徐女士：“老公以为我拿了，我以为他拿了，赶紧叫了一辆滴滴车，当时我看到短信记录上，车子12点06分左右拿到护照了。”
