中国如何让 WTO 陷入争议旋涡
中国加入 WTO 已有 16 年。作为全球第二大经济体，中国与欧美国家的贸易关系日益紧张，WTO 作为全球贸易仲裁者的权威面临受到削弱的威胁。WTO 本应引导中国像西方贸易规范靠拢，但这一使命并未完成。相反，WTO 被指责纵容中国的国家重商主义，使中国能将大量便宜商品销售到世界各地，同时限制外国产品进入其本国市场。WTO 总干事阿泽维多(Roberto Azevedo)认为美国提出的 WTO 缺乏处理中国问题能力的抱怨言过其实，他表示，WTO 有 164 个成员国，中国是有自己做法和方法的成员之一，WTO 的机制就是为了应对这种多样性。
