分析通胀持续低迷的原因，为美联储现行货币政策做出辩护，市场强化12月加息一次预期

美联储主席耶伦（Janet Yellen）在9月议息会议后首次进行公开演讲，称美国央行有能力实现2%的通胀目标，而即将在10月开启的收缩资产负债表的措施也将确保市场保持平稳。

　　耶伦于9月26日在俄亥俄州克利夫兰市出席国家商业经济学联合会（NABE）活动时发表演说，称美国长期实际中性利率（real neutral rate）已经降低，这可能解释了通胀率水平持续走低的现象。但美联储有能力实现2%的通胀目标，同时即将开启的“缩表”行动也不会扰乱金融市场的正常运转。
