韩国央行：加密市场也需在银行法和资本市场法层面进行监管
据 Sedaily 报道，韩国央行发布题为《评估加密资产市场的缺陷及其对全球重大事件的影响》的报告。报告表示，如果在加密资产市场上进行存款或提供贷款等与传统金融产业相同的行为，并且面临相同的风险，就应该对加密市场实施与现有产业相同的监管。
韩国央行有关负责人表示，加密资产市场在经济功能上与传统金融业相似的话，应该制定出与《银行法》或《资本市场和金融投资服务法》类似的监管规则。
