Phison 首款 PCIe 5.0 NVMe 控制器 PS5026-E26，存取速度推往 11GB/s 以上
如同以往世代交替，初世代 PCIe 5.0 NVMe 控制器的速度提升大約 50％ 或以上。
圖引用自 ThinkComputers.org 。Phison 於去年 9 月底，發布首款 PCIe 5.0 NVMe 固態硬碟控制器資訊，型號 PS5026-E26 預定同年底開始量產。在 CES 2022 展覽期間，終於有多一丁點的資訊揭露，今年內應該能順利看到品牌產品上市。
PS5026-E26 符合 PCIe 5.0、NVMe 2.0 傳輸介面 / 通訊協定規範，植基於 8 個資料傳輸通道設計，最多能控制 32 個快閃記憶體裸晶圓。它支援最新 ONFI 5.0、Toggle 5.0 類型的 TLC、QLC 3D NAND 顆粒，搭配 DDR4 或 LPDDR4 動態隨機存取記憶體，成品最大容量上看 32TB。
