10月20日消息，据界面报道，贾跃亭起诉顾颖琼败诉，因法官认为贾跃亭本人没到庭审现场，而且无法提供有效证词。庭审仅仅进行了9分钟。据了解，今天洛杉矶高等法院召开听证会审理对顾颖琼的临时禁令延期申请，法官拒绝延长禁令。但乐视方面表示，法院判决不影响法院已经受理的顾颖琼诉讼案件审理。
