AMD正研发3款7nm产品：今年采样，有望2019年上市

6月2日消息 根据外媒报道，第46届Cowen技术大会上，AMD技术总监Mark Papermaster再一次向外公布朝向7nm工艺技术的发展，他表示7nm技术将会在晶体管密度和功耗上提升巨大，他还透露称目前研发的7nm产品有三款，之后的产品都会应用7nm，下半年将会正式采样。
AMD现阶段的12nm工艺技术处理器晶片虽然面积没有减少，但是进步表现在主频的提升上。官方表示，至于7nm工艺技术，将和英特尔10nm工艺相似，但是明显7nm的应用周期会更长一些。
最后，AMD技术总监Mark Papermaster表示将会推出采用Zen 2架构的消费级处理器，预计将会在服务器处理器推出后发布，也就是说最快要到明年才会出现。
