外媒：Lyft以最多2.5亿价格收购共享单车平台Motivate

DoNews6月2日消息（记者 翟继茹）据外媒报道，Lyft目前已经决定收购共享单车平台Motivate，据消息人士称这次交易最多金额为2.5亿美元。
对此消息，双方都拒绝作出置评。
据了解，Motivate旗下运营着许多共享单车品牌，如Ford GoBike、Citi Bike、BikeShare、CoGo、Divvy、Blue Bikes和Biketown等，截至3月其在全美运营了31841辆共享单车。
作为Uber的主要对手，去年12月份，Lyft宣布再次获得谷歌母公司Alphabet旗下投资机构CapitalG的投资，这次数额为5亿美元。还曾向媒体透露其最近四年用户出行次数每年都增长100%，服务城市超过360个，今年1月到10月，共提供超过5亿次出行。
而这次计划收购共享单车平台，也被外界认为是与Uber争夺该市场，此前Uber刚刚收购完成一家共享单车公司。
