《三体》作者、雨果奖得主刘慈欣在首届亚太科幻大会上接受了记者的采访，回答了有关写作、《三体》及电影的问题，在谈到对“灭霸”的看法时，刘慈欣称自己还没看过《复联3》，而且对漫威电影“一直不喜欢”。老刘表示：“不能说讨厌，但确实不喜欢看。虽然漫威电影的特效质量都很高，有庞大的宇宙体系和大量IP，但总觉得他们所有电影都是一个生产线上很标准的流程生产出来的。”
