16日，第二届世界智能大会“智能科技与网络安全”论坛在天津梅江会展举行，会上，中国工程院院士倪光南称，中国网络安全方面一个大的短板就是操作系统。倪光南称，“操作系统我担心几个方面，其中包括被监控、被劫持、被病毒木马攻击、漏洞风险、证书加密风险、不掌握知识产权等。”
