5月7号上午9点多，长沙某高校金融专业大四学生陈新，来到学校附近一家网吧上网，根据监控视频显示，陈新选择的电脑位置距离网吧入口最近，上午11点半左右，陈新出现了不舒服的情况。通过监控视频可以看到，大约在15分钟的时间里，陈新一直仰靠在椅背上，先后三次出现抽搐的情况，但一直没有人发现。
