北京时间5月1日晚间消息，《日经亚洲评论》网站今日援引多位知情人士的消息称，ARM中国合资公司已于4月底投入运营，并接管ARM在中国市场的业务。这些知情人士还称，该合资公司还计划在中国A股上市。报道称，该合资公司名为“ArmminiChina”，总部设在深圳，中方投资者占股51%，而ARM拥有剩余49%的股权。
