江苏省盱眙县是我国著名的“龙虾之乡”。近年来，当地大力发展“虾稻共生”立体生态循环种养，不仅提高农田的单位产出，而且让水稻种植更加绿色环保。近日的秋收时节，很多农民赶在稻谷收割前抢收稻田里养殖的龙虾，据称农民因此亩均增加收入2200元。
