美东时间4月16日，美国商务部宣布将禁止美国公司向中兴通讯销售零部件、商品、软件和技术7年，直到2025年3月13日。理由是中兴违反了美国限制向伊朗出售美国技术的制裁条款。对此，商务部新闻发言人表示：中方注意到美国商务部宣布对中兴公司采取出口管制的措施。中方一贯要求中国企业在海外经营过程中，遵守东道国的法律政策，合法合规开展经营。
