为了解决安卓应用乱推送的问题，2017年10月份，工信部旗下中国信息通信研究院泰尔终端实验室倡导成立了“安卓统一推送联盟”，而这迅速引来了手机厂商和软件开发者的支持。从当时公布的情况看，华为、小米、OPPO、vivo、魅族、努比亚、联想、展讯、京东等国内几乎所有的手机厂商和软件厂商都在这个名单中，而这个联盟的主旨就是，为用户创造绿色使用环境，减少与终端用户的利益冲突。
